**Job Title: Production Monitor**

**Job Summary**:
Monitor and report on production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve issues, optimizing production output.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor Production Processes: Track production workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

3. Report and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze production data, providing insights to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

4. Collaborate with Production Teams: Work with production staff to resolve issues, implement improvements, and optimize production output.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure production processes comply with safety regulations and company policies.

6. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of production data, quality control checks, and maintenance activities.

7. Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide regular updates to production supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

3. Basic math and analytical skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
