**Job Title**: Stores Supervisor
**Location**: RISHS International School, Mangadu
**Reports To**: Manager / Principal

**Job Summary**

The Stores Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of school materials, ensuring proper inventory management, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with departments for smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the school store/stockroom.
- Receive, verify, and record all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain updated inventory records (both physical and digital).
- Ensure safe storage and proper labeling of all items.
- Issue materials to departments/staff against approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.
- Prevent loss, theft, and damage of school property.
- Coordinate with vendors, admin, and accounts for procurement and billing.
- Prepare monthly and annual stock reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in stores/inventory management (school or corporate sector preferred).
- Knowledge of stock-keeping methods and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
