**Job Title: Store Supervisor - Cafe Coffee House**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely **opening and closing** of the store.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
- Implement and enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock management.

**Staff Coordination & Training**:

- Supervise and schedule shifts for staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct **training sessions** on customer service, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Ensure proper grooming and discipline of all employees.

**Inventory & Vendor Management**:

- Monitor **in-stock and out-stock levels** to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage product deliveries.
- Track and record stock movement while minimizing waste and losses.

**Customer Engagement & Sales Growth**:

- Oversee customer service standards and **handle customer queries or complaints**.
- Encourage and implement **upselling techniques** to maximize revenue.
- Ensure a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in a retail or food & beverage supervisory role.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Ability to train and motivate staff for improved performance.
- Customer handling and upselling expertise.
- **Personality**: Assertive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹22,000 - ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)
