Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Executive -Administration located in Sriperumbudur

What a typical day looks like:

- Front office management, Handling the calls/enquires.
- Managing day to day office/business requirements and factory administration.
- Vendor Management - billing validation, reconciliation and payment process
- Handling issues arising in canteen and transport issues through committees for better service.
- Managing training programs, coordinating with hotels of various categories.
- Detailed MIS reporting on monthly basis in line with the budget for effective monitoring and cost control, presenting the same to the Management periodically.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team
- Min 2+ years of similar experience.
- Excellent Communication Skill (Verbal / Written)
- Preferably who has handled factory admin
