**We are hiring for our Client,**

**Position - Accounts Executive (Male 2 to 4 Years Experience Only)**

**Job Summary**:
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization. This role will report directly to the Senior Accountant and will work closely with other members of the finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports

Record daily transactions and reconcile accounts

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Assist with budget preparation and forecasting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other government filings

Provide support during audits and other financial reviews

Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial information

Support the Senior Accountant and Load failed needed

**Qualifications**:
2 -4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Core Responsibilities**

- Tally Maintenance / Accounts Maintenance
- Follow up with Clients for Payments
- Bank related Work
- Office Admin

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Fluency in Tamil & English.
- Tally: 2 year (required)
- Accountant: 2 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 year (required)
- GST Filling
- Hands on Experience in Accounting & Tally ERP 9/ Tally Prime
