Nursing Superintendent

**Position**: Nursing Superintendent

**Location**: IOCL Swarn Jayanti Samudaik Hospital, Mathura

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Plan, implement, and monitor nursing services, policies, and protocols.
- Coordinate with hospital management for resource allocation and staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and maintain efficient workflows within the nursing team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital nursing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, patient care standards, and hospital operations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary as per industry standards, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
