Roles and Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence, QIP, IPO,

Liaison with clients, legal counsels, registrar, share transfer agents, auditors, and other intermediaries

Liaison with BSE, NSE, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL and other authority as per requirement

Documentation and Regulatory compliance - Coordination with Regulatory Authorities - Pre and Post-Issue Activities - Marketing and Investor Relations

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
