Training will be provided for below responsibilities.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Curriculum:
Establish the morning and extended day work period and give lessons as needed.

Establish and maintain classroom true to the philosophy adopted by the school

management, paying particular

attention to the needs of students.

Implement and update curriculum as student needs dictate.

Plan, prepare and maintain all units of study including Manipulatives, materials,

thematic units, worksheets, library books, etc.

Schedule all guest presenters and help organize all field trips.

Communication:
Facilitate a respectful environment for children and adults by advocating conflict

resolution and Grace and Courtesy lessons.

month and educate parents in philosophy adapted by the school.

Prepare for and schedule individual communications with all parents during the year

including 2 physical parent conferences

Schedule and work with other faculty for any parent orientations or meetings,

programs/performances, etc.

Meet individually with prospective parents and students and aid in assessment.

Record keeping:
Carefully observe and keep daily records on each students individual progression

through the classroom.

Complete individual learning plans, records and reports for all students.

Keep a school calendar of events.

Establish a harmonious relationship with staff and other teachers

Conduct weekly staff meetings.

Participate in staff evaluation.

Support staff and all other school efforts in every way possible.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month depending on experience
