We are currently seeking a Networking Advisor to join our team in noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Working with Vendor in certifying new OS and Hardware platform according business needs.
- Leading cloud-based solution/automation to enable Citi Cloud for Private and Hybrid Cloud Deployments focusing on load balancer automation and integration with cloud.
- Engineering escalation for break fix for critical outage and assist in Root cause analysis and fix.
- Leader should be hands on and provide mentorship and strategic vision to team
- Application Delivery team will work very closely with Citi Cloud team on network virtualization, Citi IaaS (Infrastructure as Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) with Pivotal PCF and Redhat Openshift and Hybrid Cloud initiatives and ability to independently work across the engineering and architecture team for appropriate engineering solutions.
- Collaborate across the engineering platform, build, operation teams to improve the infrastructure resilience and micro segmentation aka SDN
- Support build team in design and build of load balancers.
- Automate EoVS (end of vendor support0 build and deployment)
- ** Below are some of the requirements**:

- Expert knowledge in Load Balancers (F5 and Citrix)
- Emerging Automation Solutions like AppviewX
- Good understanding of Cloud ready virtual solutions like, Vmware NSX and AVI Networks etc
- Serve as the technical lead escalation point for Application Delivery Issues. Work collaboratively with Tier II and Tier III team and mentor junior technicians in order to improve their technical skill set over the long term.
- Provide expert level technical support on conference calls with cross functional partners throughout the technology organization. Conduct in depth technical investigations of ongoing incidents involving degraded network performance
- Collaborate directly with Architecture & Technology Engineering teams on large-scale projects. This includes design reviews for technical soundness and operational supportability of proposed deployments
- Maintain written operational and build and request fulfillment procedures for the network service. This includes document reviews at predefined intervals, ad-hoc procedure updates in response to operational events, and consistently high quality document management so that they are ready for audit and compliance scrutiny at any time
- Escalate internetworking design and architectural issues to Architecture Network Engineering teams for further analysis. Work collaboratively with engineering counterparts to achieve a design solution to the issues identified during the course of working through operational incidents. Evaluate issues for 'global exposure' relative to the install base of the hardware and software solution in question. Ensure the remediation plan accounts for remediation of the full exposure
- ** Qualifications / Requisite Knowledge Base**:

- 10+ years of experience in providing network operations support
- Experience supporting a network with 1000+ nodes is preferred. Engineering experience is highly preferred
- Expert level working knowledge of enterprise TCP/IP communications (IPv4, QoS, IPSEC, etc)
- Good level working knowledge of Load Balancing, and Cloud Services like Akamai and Verisign
- Great Communication skills to work with technical team as well as senior management
- Build and Request fulfilment Experience is big plus in Application Delivery product space
- Strong working knowledge in the following and networking in general:

- VMware NSX, AVI. NGNIX.
- F5/Citrix/AVI Load Balancing Product
- Content Accelerators, SSL offloading etc.
- Cloud IaaS, PaaS and Hybrid Solutions
- Working knowledge of scripting languages and other web development tools a plus
- Strong engineering background with vision to drive transformation, SDN and automation
