**Job Description**:
We are looking for experienced Healthcare Calling Process Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and collecting patient data. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, be experienced in US calling processes, and be able to work night shifts from home.

**Responsibilities**:
Place outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and collect patient data.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other team representatives to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the calling process.

Work night shifts from home and have a reliable laptop and good WiFi connection.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work night shifts from home with a reliable laptop and good WiFi connection.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
