1. To ensure customer satisfaction during the warranty period.

2. To not only solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's issues and challenges.

3. To achieve maintenance contract (MC) targets.

4. To maintain relevant documents

5. To achieve committed turnaround time targets on breakdown calls.

6. To ensure MC and breakdown collections are done within stipulated time.

7. Ongoing customer relationship & coordination

8. Single point of contact with clients with regard to maintenance contracts.

9. Timely generation and dispatch of demand letters/ MC Quotes

10. To obtain feedback through service reports from clients and provide the same to management and maintain the CSAT data.

11. Respond to customer queries with clarity and ensure it’s closed.

12. Documentation & follow up of MC

13. Collections of payments from clients for all maintenance contracts

14. Backend support to Service team in ensuring that work is done in a smooth manner at project site.

15. Document Service calls and bills there on.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
