**Role & Responsibilities**

This is a role for a hands-on technology leader who can balance near-term delivery velocity with long-term vision — partnering closely with the CPO to make the product roadmap future-ready.

**What You Will Deliver-**
- **Cloud-Native Platform Execution**: Lead the migration of on-prem customers to a single, scalable, multi-tenant cloud architecture.
- **Scalability for Growth**: Design infrastructure and architecture that can handle 10× scale in users, data, and transactions.
- **Technology Roadmap**: Forward-looking architecture roadmap that aligns with the 3-5 year product vision — including API ecosystem, integrations, and data/AI capabilities.
- **Reliability & Quality**: Reduce production issues, improve platform stability — success measured by uptime, latency, and customer experience.
- **Tech Organization Maturity**: Build, structure, and mentor the technology team into a high-velocity, metrics-driven organisation.
- How Success Will Be Measured
- Faster release cycles, lower defect ratios, and higher team engagement.
- **100% customer migration** to cloud platform with **0% churn**due to technical challenges
- **≥99.9% uptime**and performance benchmarks maintained post-migration
- Documented **3-year**technology roadmap enabling **10× scale**:

- **90% delivery** against product and technology roadmap
- A hands-on **CTO with 12+ years in SaaS or enterprise platforms.**:

- Built and led large engineering teams, architected complex cloud systems, and delivered business impact through technology.
- Focused on speed, quality, and can build high performance teams.
