Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GNM/ANM Nurse to join StemRx Hospital’s Ward Management team. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the smooth operation of ward activities, and offering a positive service experience for patients. This role demands attention to detail, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- **Patient Care**: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
- **Ward Management**: Oversee the smooth functioning of the ward, maintaining hygiene standards and organizing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and medication records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- **Patient Experience**: Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients by addressing their needs, providing information, and supporting them emotionally.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with doctors, fellow nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless treatment process.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, administer first aid, and follow protocols in critical situations.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and check inventory of medical supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a hospital ward setting is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and dedication to patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using basic medical equipment and understanding of healthcare protocols.
