Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established nursing protocols and care plans.
  • Assist in the development of individualized care plans for patients.
  • Perform wound care and assist in minor surgical procedures.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care strategies.
  • Participate in patient admissions and discharges.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  • Monitor equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for care delivery.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
  • Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the community.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Current ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid nursing license to practice in the state.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
