SAP Pp-pi Implementation

**THIS IS A REMOTE POSTION BASED ON US CENTRAL TIME ZONE**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage SAP PP-PI implementation projects, requests and Digitization projects in manufacturing area.
- Lead in defining Project Scope for the PP-PI area and implementation of SAP Production Planning module with full life cycle implementation using ASAP methodology
- Strong experience in understanding and defining PP Master data such as BOM, resource, master recipe, production version. Good understanding of STO and Tolling process
- Strong Configured skills in different areas of PP like Material Master Resources, Master Recipe, BOM, Production version, Process order, scheduling parameter, confirmation parameters and Batch Management etc.
- Strong experience in data conversion for PP objects using LSMW and other tools. Closely work with business in data mapping and defining the data in data conversion templates
- Ability to coach, mentor and train new team members in PP-PI area and bring them up to speed on project scope and processes.
- Ability to analyze complex manufacturing problems and to propose solutions for Industry 4.0 environments.
- Partner with manufacturing stakeholders, to develop and execute plans to deliver the business solution(s) to meet the needs.
- Provide business solution services for Manufacturing technology in use.
- Understand stakeholder pain points and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions
- Proactively identify solutions focused on improving productivity and collaborating on developing the business case
- Be accountable to our stakeholders for delivery of all IT services
- Serve as first point of escalation for all IT related customer issues
- Ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication. This includes managing escalation and avoiding risk.
- Educate business partners about business processes, roles, and capabilities.
- Establish communication processes and channels across business functions.

**Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Strong knowledge in SAP PP-PI module with hands on skills in configuration, Master Data and data conversion
- Good understanding and integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, WM, Sample Manager, MII, MES and S/4 HANA
- Experience in Chemical Manufacturing industry
- Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner.

**Experience / Education**
- 10+ years of functional and technical experience with manufacturing systems and processes.
- 10+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with demonstrated experience in manufacturing.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 48 months

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
