**Position Title**: Medical Representative

**Pay**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Promotion**: Promote Zenni Pharmaceutical’s products to healthcare professionals including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- **Market Research**: Collect and report feedback from medical professionals about the products and market conditions to assist in strategy formulation.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure accurate and effective communication.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively driving sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report sales activities, market insights, competitor activities, and client feedback to management.
- **Product Training**: Conduct training sessions for doctors and medical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of the product benefits and proper usage.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards in promoting and selling products.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare sector.
- **Driving License**: A valid driving license is required as the role involves traveling within the assigned territory.

**Work Schedule & Compensation**:

- **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours based on client appointments and field visits.
