Job description Zenni Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd Position Title Medical Representative Location Una Employment Type Full-Time Age Limit Position Overview Zenni Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals The role involves building and maintaining relationships with doctors pharmacists and other medical professionals to increase product awareness and drive sales The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes Key Responsibilities Sales Promotion Promote Zenni Pharmaceutical s products to healthcare professionals including doctors hospitals and pharmacies Market Research Collect and report feedback from medical professionals about the products and market conditions to assist in strategy formulation Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest product offerings market trends and competitor activities to ensure accurate and effective communication Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and reaching out to potential new clients Sales Targets Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets by effectively driving sales strategies Reporting Regularly report sales activities market insights competitor activities and client feedback to management Product Training Conduct training sessions for doctors and medical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of the product benefits and proper usage Compliance Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards in promoting and selling products Qualifications Experience Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or any related field Experience 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and interest in sales are also welcome to apply Skills Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge Familiarity with pharmaceutical products medical terminology and the healthcare sector Driving License A valid driving license is required as the role involves traveling within the assigned territory Work Schedule Compensation Working Hours Monday to Saturday with flexible hours based on client appointments and field visits Compensation Performance-based incentives and travel allowances Benefits Health insurance career growth opportunities and professional development training Why Join Zenni Pharmaceutical Ltd At Zenni Pharmaceutical Ltd we prioritize employee growth customer satisfaction and industry leadership As a Medical Representative you will be an integral part of a dedicated and motivated team committed to bringing high-quality pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals You will have the opportunity to grow your career while contributing to a company that values excellence and integrity Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
