Profile Introduction

We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Hostess to join our resort's dining team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Profile Responsibilities & Requirements
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
- Provide menus and assist guests with menu inquiries.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
- Uphold resort standards for service excellence.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest complaints.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A warm and welcoming personality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is a plus.
