Production Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in production processes.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production facility.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on production performance, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a production management role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
- Experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
