About Us Starlink Logistics Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing industry type e g logistics manufacturing retail company dedicated to delivering quality products and services to our customers We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations at our warehouse facility Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse staff optimizing workflows ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff receiving packing shipping inventory Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity accuracy and safety standards are met Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards Train coach and evaluate team members to improve performance Operate warehouse equipment e g forklifts pallet jacks as needed Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred 2 years of warehouse experience Knowledge of warehouse operations safety procedures and inventory systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems WMS Forklift certification is a plus Contact Person Ramesh Pradhan 9999317410 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location In person
