**Overview of Digital Marketing**:
**Job Description for the post of Digital Marketing**:
**1.** **Digital Strategy Development**: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote services and enhance brand awareness. Create and optimize content for the website, blog, and social media platforms.

**2.** **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the lab's social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads.

**3.** **SEO & SEM**:Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

**5*. **Content Creation & Management: *Produce high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and medical industry standards.

**6.** **Performance Analysis & Reporting**: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
