**The Opportunity**

**What You'll Do**:

- Continuous learning is key You'll stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and attack vectors to ensure our testing methodologies remain cutting-edge.
- You'll translate complex findings into actionable insights. By providing clear recommendations to clients based on your testing results, you'll help them significantly improve their security posture.
- Collaboration is essential You'll work closely with our development and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of security measures and patches.
- We value customization You'll tailor your testing methodologies to address the specific security needs of each client.
- Communication is key You'll document and communicate your findings clearly, both in written reports and verbal presentations, ensuring both technical and non-technical audiences understand vulnerabilities, potential exploits, and recommended fixes.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in Penetration Testing with a successful track record of identifying and resolving vulnerabilities.
- Relevant certifications like OSCP, CEH, or CISSP are a strong plus.
- Proficiency in a wide range of penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their security features.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top Ten and CWE/SANS Top 25 vulnerabilities.
- Good programming/scripting skills (Python, Ruby, PowerShell) to customize testing methodologies and tools when needed.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
