**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Implementation**:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, including sports, games, arts and crafts, and educational lessons.
- Integrate physical fitness and recreational activities into the daily schedule to promote health and wellness.
- Encourage participation and teamwork during group activities.

**Supervision and Safety**:

- Supervise children during all activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Enforce club policies, safety guidelines, and behavioral expectations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or first-aid situations.

**Engagement and Development**:

- Build positive relationships with children to foster trust and enthusiasm.
- Identify and cater to the individual interests and needs of each child.
- Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and social interaction among participants.

**Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about their child’s progress, behavior, and participation.
- Coordinate with other staff and departments to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Provide feedback to management about program improvements or new activity ideas.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Keep accurate attendance records and ensure all required forms (e.g., health, emergency contact) are completed.
- Monitor and manage supplies for activities, ensuring they are organized and replenished as needed.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, engaging, and organized activity space.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- kids handling: 1 year (preferred)
