**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops, and Citrix Cloud.
- Manage and maintain Citrix NetScaler infrastructure, including load balancing, GSLB, authentication, and SSL offloading.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix and NetScaler.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing multiple Citrix XenApp (CVAD), and Citrix Cloud environments.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Citrix NetScaler ADC appliances.
- Strong understanding of virtualization and networking concepts.
- Solid experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

**Good to Have**:

- Worked in a highly regulated environment. Citrix certifications such as CCP-V, or CCE-V are highly desirable.
