**Description**:
- Source and procure goods, services, and materials required by each Division. - Research and evaluate potential suppliers, including their capabilities, reliability, and pricing. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable terms. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand while minimizing excess stock. - Conduct weekly meetings to update RM reordering status with division production heads. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide procurement support and advice. - Coordinate the transportation, shipping, and delivery of goods and materials - Arrange freight, carriers, and logistics services to meet delivery requirements. - Manage customs clearance and documentation for international shipments - Track shipments and monitor their progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in coordination with suppliers and carriers. - Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information. - Providing support for employees during their scheduled and unscheduled absences as needed and directed by the line manager. Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the line manager as necessary
