**Role Description**

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy **Digital Marketing Executive** to help build our brand, generate leads, and grow our digital presence across platforms. You’ll play a key role in promoting our training programs, internships, engineering services, and research projects in **automotive design** and **AI/ML data science**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers and build communities around engineering and AI themes.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to simplify technical content for marketing.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM**:

- Optimize web pages and blog content for search engines.
- Run paid ad campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- **Campaign Planning**:

- Launch campaigns to promote online/offline training programs and internships.
- Design and execute strategies for lead generation and student engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., to track performance.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.
- **Event Promotion**:

- Promote webinars, workshops, hackathons, and certification courses.
- Coordinate digital outreach for collaboration with academic institutions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proven experience managing social media and digital campaigns
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or other design tools
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Basic understanding of AI/ML, automotive design, or engineering terminologies is a **plus**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, etc.) is desirable
