**Position**: Software Quality Engineer - Automation

Dyad is a provider of comprehensive property and casualty insurance processing and distribution solutions that empower and connect agents, brokers, wholesalers, MGAs/MGUs, program administrators, carriers, and policyholders. **Education: B.Tech/B.E.Computers, MCA-Computers**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop test cases and execute detailed test procedures
- Document and maintain test cases in Zephyr or similar test case management tool
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- System regression testing and performance testing
- Investigate internally and customer reported non-conformance issues
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our approach to quality outcomes
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Collaborate with other local and remote team members for a best practices approach to ensuring a quality delivery
- Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools, and processes
- Ensure your assigned deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met
- Use appropriate tracking tools to manage work assignments and status

**Working shift: 2:00pm to 11:30pm IST**

**Experience: 3 to 4 years**

**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrated experience with front and back-end automation tools and techniques
- Automated HTTP/Web/REST testing experience (Selenium, AccelQ, Postman, etc.) is a must have
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute test cases for complex requirements
- General knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
- Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g., Scrum) and related tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and tools;
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with peers and stakeholders
- A passion for leading with integrity and delivering results

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
