**Key Responsibilities**
- Focus on functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and analysts to define test requirements.
- Perform manual testing when automation is not feasible.
- Track defects and generate reports on test results.
- Create test data, plans, and detailed test documentation.
- Require at least 3 years of experience in QA and automation.
- Knowledge of **OSS/BSS**, **CRM**, and **billing** systems is required.
- Experience with telecom protocols like SIP, SNMP, or TCP/IP is a plus.
- Proficiency with **Selenium**, **JUnit**, **TestNG**, and **Cucumber** is required.
- Experience with **Jenkins** and performance testing tools like **JMeter** is necessary.
- Strong programming skills in **Java**, **Python**, or **JavaScript** are required.
- Experience with **SQL** for database testing is essential.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration are required.
- Experience in **mobile testing**, **network testing**, or **cloud testing** is a plus.
