Position Summary: The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams for the CBG plant’s construction and operational needs. Working closely with engineers and project managers, the Draftsman will produce accurate designs for piping, mechanical, electrical, and structural components, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The role requires strong technical drawing skills, knowledge of engineering principles, and proficiency with CAD software. Objective of this Role include: Create detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for the biogas plant. Develop specifications for piping, valves, fittings, and instrumentation. Ensure the design complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Deliverables/ KPI’s (Measurable): Min 5 deliverables, clear & precise 1. Prepare and manage piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) over the full project lifecycle 2. Optimize system solutions by reviewing the mass - and energy balance results 3. Integrate and improve control strategies and maintenance philosophies 4. Develop innovative concepts for modularization and standardization of the design process and the solutions. 5. Prepare and manage equipment lists 6. Reviewing and integrate PID’s of package units 7. Take the responsibility to coordinate with all stakeholders 8. Clarify, discuss and present the technical solution towards the customer 9. Supporting the selection process of the process equipment 10. Align and check the layout and piping engineering results Position Responsibility (Should have minimum 10 deliverables, clear & precise) Roles: 1. Auto CAD Draftsman who is capable of independently planning and completing water and wastewater PID, Layout, sectional drawings, civil drawings, foundation drawings for Various Water Treatment projects. 2. Should be able to cater piping drawings, cable routing drawings, as built drawing, on time. 3. Should have hands on experience in designing the pipe sizes for pumps, blowers, tank design, valve design, and should be capable to attend meetings with clients and consultants, should be capable to explain Various Drawing related queries to customers & Consultants. 4. Should have good communication skills and should be capable to demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge. 5. As an Auto CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for making detailed shop drawing and elevation drawings and BOM/BOQ Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
