**Position**: Facade Designer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Work location: Lower Parel (E).**

**Role**:
Design shop/ dye drawings and provide technical support to Sites. Design fabrication

drawings for smooth execution & successful completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare System drawings& Shop drawings.
- Prepare Die drawingonce system drawings are approved.
- Prepare coordinates or setting out drawings for site installation for cast - in - channel, window,ACP etc& ensure installation at right location.
- Preparing MTO(material order) for the project.
- Prepare fabrication drawings.
- Coordinating with factory to ease up the fabrication process for critical assembly.
- Area calculation for site staff for easy billing process.
- Visiting site to explain the installation process

**The Person**
- Architectural or mechanical draughtsman
- AutoCAD 2d and 3d

**Education and Industry Exposure**
- B.Com, Any graduate
- Architectural or mechanical draughtsman
- Exposure in construction/engineering industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
