**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged to express themselves.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and execute creative, interactive lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and abilities.
- **Student Assessment**: Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse needs, maintaining detailed records.
- **Parent Communication**: Foster open and effective communication with parents, providing feedback on student performance and offering support as needed.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and innovative teaching strategies.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities, clubs, and projects that enhance their personal and academic growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and cooperative school culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Physical Education.
- Proven experience in teaching primary to senior school students.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.
