**- **Management of Online Reputation Management across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Addressing real-time negative responses
- Audience Engagement across various platforms to ensure strong customer engagement
- Propose ongoing trends to introduce to the customers depending on suitability
- Time to Time research on tools and ways to improve customer engagement & reporting
- Use of SEO techniques to help positive stories about customers and other content ranks higher in popular search engines such as Google and conversely moving down negative mentions
- Crisis management, in case any, to be undertaken on high priority and with clear precision.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
