**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about courses, programs, admission requirements, and enrolment procedures.
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assess prospective students' interests, academic background, and career aspirations, and guide them towards suitable educational pathways.
- Present educational offerings at school fairs, educational exhibitions, and other relevant events to attract prospective students and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to promote and enhance the institute's reputation in the community.
- Conduct interviews or assessments, as required, to evaluate prospective students' suitability for specific programs or courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and their parents regarding any missing documents, additional information, or clarification needed for the admission process.
- Provide guidance on financial aid options, scholarships, and payment plans available to students, and assist them in making informed decisions regarding funding their education.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an admission counsellor or in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution or Tele Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and parents.
Sound knowledge of the education industry, admission processes, and requirements for various academic programs.
Familiarity with student recruitment strategies, marketing techniques, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with admissions staff, faculty, and other departments.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
