We’re Hiring Admission Counsellor – International PreschoolLocation: Salem, TamilNadu (On-site)Preferred Candidates: From Bangalore or Mumbai (Willing to relocate)Experience: 3+ Years (Preschool / School / Counselling / EdTech preferred)We are looking for a warm, dynamic, and parent-focused Admission Counsellor to join our international preschool team. If you enjoy guiding parents, managing admissions, and creating a welcoming school environment, we’d love to meet youKey Responsibilities- Manage and respond to parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media). - Conduct school tours and clearly explain curriculum, programs, and facilities. - Assist parents through the admission and onboarding process. - Track inquiries, maintain follow-up schedules, and achieve admission conversion targets. - Support in open houses, events, and parent engagement programs. - Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth operations.Requirements- 3+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, customer service, or a related field. - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Pleasant personality with a passion for early childhood education. - Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools. - Candidates currently based in Bangalore or Mumbai preferred (relocation support can be discussed).What We Offer- Competitive salary + performance incentives - Positive, child-friendly work environment - Growth opportunities in administrative and leadership roles
