**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Configure and customize on Reltio MDM platform.
- Responsible of **end-to-end MDM processes** like data ingestion/inbound configurations, data modelling, MM rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, metadata analysis, outbound configurations etc.
- Responsible of **Data Stewardship and Governance processes** - Manual Merge, Hierarchy Management, Cloud Data Management, Workflow Management, Unmerge, Curation, Survivorship, etc.
- Should work as a **strong MDM technical** hands-on contributor and good hold on MDM tools.
- Responsible for working closely with clients, management, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in MDM development, working with **Reltio MDM platform.**:

- Experience of MDM Hub configurations - Data modelling & Data Mappings, Data validation, Match and Merge rules, API services, Parent / child relationships, Data Model, Workflows, User Role Definition, Reference Data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with in team as well as cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Good to have/ preferable**:
o Python, Java

o Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)

o Pharma domain background

Preferably Chennai/ Hyderabad, India
