Key Responsibilities:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with 247Compliance’s overall business goals.
- **SEO and Content Optimization**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and SEO improvements.
- Optimize website content, blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Regularly monitor and analyze website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow 247Compliance's presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop engaging and informative content for social media posts, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Track, measure, and report on social media campaign performance and audience engagement.
- **Paid Digital Advertising (PPC)**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize for ROI, adjusting budgets, keywords, and targeting based on results.
- **Content Creation & Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, white papers, case studies, and other assets that align with the company's compliance and risk management services.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines, user experience, and conversion.
- **Website and Landing Page Optimization**:

- Work with the web development team to improve website functionality, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
- Create and optimize landing pages for specific campaigns, ensuring they are compelling and conversion-focused.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, lead generation, conversions, and ROI across all digital marketing efforts.
- Provide detailed reports to the marketing manager, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Use insights to refine digital marketing strategies and optimize campaigns for better results.
- **Industry Trends & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and compliance industry news.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate 247Compliance.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with the sales, business development, and customer support teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with company objectives and customer needs.
- Support the design and product teams with digital collateral that enhances customer experience and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the compliance, legal, or B2B services industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic website and landing page edits.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content for various digital platforms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve campaigns.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and develop creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns that engage and convert.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for lead nurturing and campaign management.
- Knowledge of the compliance and regulatory industry or a similar technical/industry-driven space.
- Experience in paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
