**Job Title**: DRO Milling Operator

**Location**: Bidadi, Karnataka
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate **DRO (Digital Readout) Milling Machines** as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions**.
- Set up machines, select tools, and perform machining operations with accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of output.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of machines.
- Ensure compliance with **safety standards and company policies**.
- Maintain production logs and update supervisors on daily progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **1-3 years** in DRO Milling operations.
- Good knowledge of **cutting speeds, feeds, and machining practices**.
- Ability to handle precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

**Salary Range**:
₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
