Job Title: DRO Milling Operator

Location: Bidadi, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate DRO (Digital Readout) Milling Machines as per production requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Set up machines, select tools, and perform machining operations with accuracy.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of output.
  • Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of machines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain production logs and update supervisors on daily progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in DRO Milling operations.
  • Good knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and machining practices.
  • Ability to handle precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Salary Range:

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
