**Summary**:
We're looking for a talented Junior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making. You'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistics to develop innovative data products that enhance our business processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Discovery**: (Nice to have) Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection processes.
- **Data Wrangling**: (Nice to have) Handle both structured and unstructured data, preparing it for analysis.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze large datasets to discover trends, patterns, and insights.
- **Model Building**: Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- **Ensemble Modeling**: Combine different models to improve performance and accuracy.
- **Data Visualization**: Present findings and insights using effective data visualization techniques.
- **Solution Development**: Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or data science, with a focus on marketing/customer analytics and NLP preferred.
- **Machine Learning**: Understanding of machine learning principles and operations research.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in applied statistics and algebra.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Programming Languages**: Knowledge of SQL and Python is required.
- **Frameworks**: Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, SageMaker, H2O, or SparkML is a plus.
- **Tools**: Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.
- **Modeling Experience**: Experience with customer lifecycle models and/or natural language processing (NLP) is preferred.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or a master's degree in Computer Applications, Statistics, Operations Research.
- **Preferred**: Master's degree in Data Science or a related quantitative field.
