**OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE**

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable systems used for data, voice, and video communication, various types of cables, connectors, and network equipment to ensure efficient and reliable network connectivity for clients and customers. This role involves working in both residential and commercial settings, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Installation of Cable Systems**: Install and configure network cables, including copper and fiber-optic cables, in homes, offices, or data centers. This involves running cables through walls, ceilings, and conduits to establish network connectivity.
- **Cable Termination**: Properly terminate cables using appropriate connectors, jacks, or panels to ensure reliable data transmission.
- **Network Equipment Setup**: Set up and configure network equipment, such as switches, routers, and modems, to ensure proper network functioning.
- **Cable Testing**: Perform cable testing and troubleshooting using specialized tools to verify the integrity and quality of installed cables.
- **Fault Identification and Repair**: Identify and rectify network cable faults, signal degradation, and other connectivity issues.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other technicians and network engineers to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions.

**COMPETENCIES/SKILLS**
- Familiarity with different types of network cables, connectors, and network equipment.
- Knowledge of cable testing tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights when necessary.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (if the job requires traveling to different locations).

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- **I.T.I wireman with 1-2 years of experience**.

- Strong technical knowledge
- Customer service skill

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
