PC And Related Hardware Problem Technical Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
- Troubleshoot: Identify and fix issues with software, hardware, and networks
- Design: Create new information technology systems and software programs
- Train: Educate staff on how to use the company's computer systems
- Secure: Ensure that software is secure
- Monitor: Continuously monitor systems and networks
- Support: Respond to technical support calls from staff and clients
- Network A4 Printers, Thermal Printer Installation Setup, service and Technical Troubleshooting.
- Printer Cartilage Refilling Management
- Regular Firewall And Domain Server Health Status Checking, VPN Checking Etc.
- Internet connectivity and its Billing Cycle Information Knowledge
- Data, Telephone, CCTV IO side And User Side Fault finding and resolving
- CCTV network Proper Management i.e. need to check Every day All Camera And NVR Working Status
- CCTV Recording Every Day Status
- CCTV Camera Fault Technical Troubleshooting I.E Camera removing and testing If find Faulty Then Configure Spare camera reinstall and Faulty camera send to HO For repairing
- EPBX Telephone System Management I.E Telephone Device Repairing, Coil Cable, Line cable replacement, For Line Issue Crown Modular Re-punching
- EPBX Setu, server, License management
- If Anything Upgrade or any Material Requirement in IT system Need to Discuss With Surat HO IT Team
- If Any Setup or any setting Change Done In Any IT related System need To Discuss and take Permission from Surat HO IT Team
- IF Require Need to Go for Nearest Branch Store Visit In emergency.
- During Emergency And In any Critical Condition need to do Overtime For IT Related Work, And Some Time for Any Cabling or Any new setup Work Need to Do Night Work, Some Time Need Available For shutdown time For System Early Before Showroom Opening Or after Showroom Closing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
