Job Title: Production Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Officer to join our team. The Production Officer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly, and meeting quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met.
- Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain production schedules.
- Ensure that products are manufactured according to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise production staff.

Essential Requirements:

- **Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Management or related field.**
- **Proven experience of at least 3 years specefically in pharmaceutical manufacturing.**
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and be able to produce an effective production plan.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

CTC: Negotiable

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
