**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote Products**: Actively promote and sell Mahesh Group products (Mustard Oil, Refined Oil, Spices, and Dals) within assigned retail outlets and markets.
- **Increase Product Visibility**: Ensure the products are well-displayed, properly stocked, and visible to customers at all times.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to explain the features and benefits of products, building customer trust and loyalty.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating leads, converting them into sales, and increasing product uptake.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mahesh Group products, including features, benefits, and usage, to effectively communicate with customers.
- **Merchandising**: Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns, product displays, and in-store marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s presence.
- **Market Feedback**: Collect and share customer feedback, competitor information, and market trends with the sales and marketing teams.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns related to products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Collaborate with Retailers**: Build strong relationships with retail outlet owners and managers, assisting them with product orders, shelf space, and promotions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
