Industry: Luxury Retail

Experience - 1-5 Years in Luxury Retail.

Know your Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
**Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers, providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.**

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of luxury watch brands, features, and trends to effectively educate and advise customers.

**Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and strong relationship-building with clients.**

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including restocking and maintaining the presentation of displays.

**Client Relations: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, following up on sales and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.**

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing, reflecting the luxury brand image.

**Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and collaborative retail environment.**
