Product knowledge Experience Oracle Fusion GL and EPM experience as core skills
- Willingness and capability to upskill in any other products within R2R space
- Desirable Experience of at least one cycle of Oracle Fusion implementation Note R2R scope currently is Oracle Cloud Financials GL Cash Management Tax EPM EPBCS Narrative Reporting EDMCS ARCS
- From a process point of view someone with Finance knowledge Qualified part qualified accountant
- Knowledge in Finance operations either through working in core Finance or in Finance Systems Stakeholder management skills Ability to drive conversations with Finance stakeholders to clearly identify requirements
- Ability to clearly demonstrate solutions to stakeholders Constructively challenge stakeholders on solution options requirements Self starter who can work with mínimal hand holding Team Player Participate in daily scrum calls for R2R and if needed be able to lead these calls
- Collaboratively work with Team and Stakeholders to drive positive results Other Good problem solving skills to enable resolving BAU issues
- Experience dealing with third party suppliers e g Oracle to obtain solutions Good communication skills English Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities Good documentation skills to help deliver SOPs and to ensure R2R documentations are maintained

**Primary Skills**:
