Job Title: Office Assistant (Female)
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Make follow-up calls to clients and maintain communication records.
Answer and make phone calls professionally and courteously.
Manage and update customer databases and maintain records.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate with team members and support daily office operations.
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
**Required Skills**:
Good communication skills in [your preferred languages].
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet browsing.
Ability to handle phone calls and customer interactions confidently.
Organized, punctual, and self-motivated.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or office work is a plus.
Minimum qualification Graduate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
