**Job Role**:
**4.1 RECORDS MANAGEMENT**:
4.1.1 Ensure accurate and timely filing of patient medical records.
4.1.2 Retrieve and deliver medical records to authorized personnel.
4.1.3 Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the medical records storage areas.
4.1.4 Ensure proper disposal of outdated or unnecessary records in accordance with hospital policies.
**4.2 ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS (EMR)**:
4.2.1 Assist in the implementation and maintenance of EMR systems.
4.2.2 Enter data accurately into EMR systems.
4.2.3 Train staff on the use of EMR systems and provide ongoing support as needed.
**4.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE**:
4.3.1 Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4.3.2 Implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies identified during audits.
4.3.3 Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements related to medical records management.
**4.4 PATIENT AND PROVIDER SUPPORT**:
4.4.1 Handle patient and provider requests for medical records promptly and accurately.
4.4.2 Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
4.4.3 Address any issues or discrepancies related to medical records.
**4.5 EDUCATIONAL INSTRUCTION**:
4.5.1 Develop and deliver training programs and workshops related to medical records management for students and new staff.
4.5.2 Create instructional materials, such as manuals and guides, to support learning.
4.5.3 Evaluate the progress of students and provide feedback and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
4.5.4 Stay updated on best practices and advancements in medical records management and incorporate them into training programs.
**4.6 ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES**:
4.6.1 Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Head of Medical Records.
4.6.2 Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
4.6.3 Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
**Note**:
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
