- **Job Responsibility**: Enter patient data, diagnoses, and procedures into electronic health records (EHR) systems. Use ICD-10, CPT, and other coding systems to ensure proper classification of patient conditions and treatments.
- **Key Skills**: Proficiency in coding systems, familiarity with cardiology-specific codes, data entry accuracy.
3. **Compliance & Confidentiality**
- **Job Responsibility**: Ensure that all patient records comply with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of sensitive medical information.
- **Key Skills**: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, confidentiality standards, strong ethical practices.
4. **Medical Record Retrieval**
- **Job Responsibility**: Retrieve patient records and documents promptly as requested by medical staff or for administrative purposes, while ensuring that the integrity and confidentiality of records are maintained.

5. **Coordination with Medical Staff**

6. **Audit & Quality Control**
