- **Responsibilities**:_

1) **Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.**

2) **Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.**

3) **Manage outgoing and incoming calls.**

4) **Provide project information to customers.**

5) **Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company**

6) **Document all call information and update the same in crm**

7) **Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.**

8) F**ollow up customer calls where necessary.**

9) **Complete call logs and reports.**

10) **No Targets**

**Starting Salary-15000/ to 26000/- Per Month**
