**We are hiring for Spare Parts Assistant**

**Thiruvalla-Pathanamthitta-Chengannur-Mavelikara**

**Must have Mech/Automobile Background**

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Managing inventory: Maintaining accurate records of spare parts stock levels, tracking orders, and optimizing storage.
- Parts identification: Identifying and sourcing correct spare parts for specific equipment or vehicles.
- Order processing: Receiving, processing, and fulfilling spare parts orders from customers or internal teams.
- Supply chain coordination: Liaising with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Quality control: Inspecting spare parts for quality and ensuring they meet specifications.
- Data entry and record-keeping: Updating databases, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports.
- Customer service: Providing support and answering queries from customers or internal teams.
- Inventory optimization: Analyzing usage patterns and optimizing inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Cost control: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
